- Features heavy-duty cast-iron grates and 4 versatile burners, including one single 18,000-BTU burner, two single 12,000-BTU burners, and a dual-ring 15,000-BTU burner (650-BTU for simmering).
- Comes pre-installed for natural gas (includes gas regulator) but can be converted for use with liquid propane gas (LPG conversion kit not included). It also comes with a pre-installed US standard 120v GFCI power cord (electric ignitor), requiring a 15-amp breaker.
- The commercial convection fan ensures heated air circulates over, under, and around the oven, delivering the ideal temperature and airflow for rapid preheating and uniform cooking. This eliminates cold spots and guarantees even baking, as the entire oven, including the walls and racks, is heated to the correct temperature.
